A turnkey cellular project in eastern Africa

A 100% owned subsidiary company of Baran group Ltd (hereinafter "Baran") signed up on an agreement with an international telecommunications equipment vendor for the deployment of a Turnkey telecommunications infrastructure network in eastern Africa. The project value estimated to be 6M$-7M$. The project execution will begin in August 2008 and will be executed during aproximatly a year.
