Construction of a Manufacturing Support Building (MSB) and a Multi-Level Car Parking complex being part of a fabrication plant project for the semiconductors industry. The Manufacturing Support Building is a 5 storey structure occupying an area of 50,000 sq-meters, containing computer rooms, labs, an information center and other support functions.
The parking complex is a five storey building, occupying a total area of about 47,000 sq-meters for about 2,000 vehicles. The parking project was completed in a record time of 7 months, from planning to occupation.
